目的研究大黄饮片粒度改变对疗效的影响。方法制备大黄传统饮片、大黄煮散颗粒及其相应浓度浓缩液,500只实验级健康昆明小鼠应用不同浓度浓缩液对胃排空及肠推进功能、消旋山莨菪碱引发便秘、二甲苯引发耳肿胀、热刺激引发甩尾反应的影响。结果各组小鼠应用消旋山莨菪碱能够导致首次排便的时间缩短,并且6h排便的重量、粒数均有增加,其中大黄传统饮片各组、高中剂量大黄煮散颗粒组均可使首次排便的时间、6h排便的重量、粒数改善,而低剂量大黄煮散颗粒组作用不明显。高剂量大黄煮散颗粒组与大黄传统饮片各组相较,首次排便的时间更短(0.05)。结论大黄煮散颗粒不仅具备泻下、促胃肠运动及抗炎功效,而且优于大黄饮片,进一步印证了饮片粒度越小,表面积越大,效果发挥的就越显著。“,”Objective To study the ef ect of rhubarb on the ef ect of particle size change. High dose group and rhubarb rhubarb boiled powder particles of traditional decoction groups compared with the first defecation time, shorter ( 0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb boiled powder particles not only have diar hea, gastrointestinal movement and anti-inflammatory ef ect, which is bet er than Rhubarb decoction pieces, further confirms the smal er the particle size, the larger the surface area, the more significant the ef ect of play.
