本发明基于电涡流传感器连杆孔平行度的测量系统与检测方法,测量系统主要由定位系统、驱动及传动系统、信息采集控制系统以及数据处理系统组成。其检测方法是:检测时,首先对系统进行初始化,然后放置被测连杆并用定位系统对其定位,电涡流传感器由驱动及传动系统在可编程逻辑控制器程序控制的控制下,顺次经过规定的检测位置,同时由信息采集控制系统采集电涡流传感器的模拟量信号、限位探头的通、断信号以及升降支座的位置信号,最后,采集到的数据由数据处理系统经被测截面圆心拟合、两孔实际距离计算、实际中心线误差计算以及计算结果判定后,实现连杆孔平行度的检测。本发明能够快速、自动地实现连杆大小头两孔中心线平行度的测量。
