生产技术准备工作是一个新厂从基建过渡到正式投入生产的必经阶段。准备工作进行得好,便可大大地缩短这个过程,并使新厂的生产能力飞快地得以发挥。因此各新厂必须在基建的同时,注意生产技术准备工作,而且随着基建的进度而逐步深入。生产技术准备工作的范围很广,其主要内容是:(1)主要工种的人员培训;(2)生产材料的准备;(3)技术资料的搜集和编订;(4)冶金辅具和工具的准备;(5)保证质量应具备的条件;(6)设备维护;(7)安全技术教育。根据各新厂目前生产准备工作进行的情况及存在的问题,并结合我们的看法,提出以下几点意见: 一主要工种的人员培训问题各个热加工车间应配备的工种很多,以水压机车间来说,应有的主要工种是:水泵工、水压机生产组长、水压机司机、锻造吊车司机、水压机锻工及加热工。此外,还应有:普遍吊车工、电平车工、起重
