現有的合金鋼中,鉻、釩常量分析方法的結果固然很好,但操作較复杂,耗費时間和药品較多,且不能連續測定二元素。我室为工作需要,把鉻釩改为半微量連續測定,经多次試驗并和其他分析方法此較,結果尚好。此分析方法可供快速分析試驗室和分析試样較多的試驗室应用,具有操作簡便,节省药品和在短时間內同时測定二元素的优点。本方法主要是用H_2SO_4和H_3PO_4的混合酸溶解試样,鉻釩各用不同濃度的Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2·6H_2O溶液滴定。
