本文报道了在中国西南某地含铂铜镍硫化物矿床的非磁性人工重砂中发现了葡萄状、球粒状灰白色强金属光泽的矿物,经电子探针分析,此矿物由Cu和Zn两元素组成,无其他杂质,与自然铬紧密连生,证明丹巴矿与自然铬二者同为天然产出的新矿物。关于丹巴矿的文章在发表前经国际矿物协会新矿物和矿物命名委员会通过。
This paper reports the discovery of grape-like, spheroidal gray-white strong metallic luster minerals in the non-magnetic artificial sand of a platinum-bearing copper-nickel sulfide deposit in a southwestern part of China. According to the electronic probe analysis, the mineral is composed of two elements Cu and Zn Composition, no other impurities, closely linked with the natural chromium, Danba and natural chrome to prove that both natural minerals produced by the new. The article on Danba mine was approved by the International Commission on Minerals and Mineral Nomenclature before publication.
