介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除一座13 层框剪结构楼房的实例。该楼房位于广东省东莞市繁华闹市区,高度504m ,建筑面积9000 多m2 。楼房南北向长60 多m ,东西向宽12m ,楼房南端18m 长段拐了一个大约45°的弯,成为不对称结构。由于地形条件和周边环境条件限制,要求控制楼房向南倒塌。作者运用控制爆破技术,根据楼房结构特点,将楼房切成南北两段,消除了南端拐弯段( 不对称部分) 倒塌时对北端产生的扭转影响,同时又避免了倒塌方向上楼房的线性尺寸太长,南端着地太早而导致北端解体不充分、形成爆堆太高、甚至北端倒不下来的问题。爆破使用炸药120kg,雷管5000 余发。1998 年4 月23 日爆破,十分成功,完全达到了设计效果。距楼房仅30m 处的明代建筑———西城楼丝毫无损。为同类工程施工提供了宝贵经验
An example of using a controlled blasting technique to demolish a 13-story frame-shear structure is described. The building is located in the downtown area of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with a height of 504m and a building area of over 9,000 m2. The building is more than 60 m long from north to south and 12m wide from east to west. The 18m long section of the south end of the building turns a bend of about 45° and becomes an asymmetrical structure. Due to the limitation of terrain conditions and surrounding environmental conditions, it is required to control the building to collapse to the south. Using controlled blasting techniques, the author cuts the building into two sections, north and south, according to the structural characteristics of the building. This eliminates the torsion effect on the north end when the south end bend section (asymmetric part) collapses, and avoids the linear dimension of the building in the collapse direction. Long, the southern end was too early to cause the problem of inadequate disintegration of the northern end, formation of a bursting pile, and even the inability of the northern end to fall. Explosive use 120kg explosives, detonators more than 5,000. The blast on April 23, 1998 was very successful and fully achieved the design effect.
