本园地处常州市戚墅堰区,教师中有60%是五年内的新进教师,他们中幼师专业的教师比例为58.7%,非幼师专业的教师占41.3%,他们所写的教案设计对每一个环节甚至教学重难点进行设计意图剖析,但是在实际撰写设计意图时,他们往往无从下笔,不知道该说些什么,该从哪些方面入手。作者根据本园教师备课的实际情况,结合《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》对设计意图进行了归纳和整理。
