目的观察青光眼滤过术失败后采用无结膜切口小梁切除及术后应用5-FU的疗效.方法对19例青光眼滤过术失败者,采用角膜入路,建立前房至球筋膜及结膜下的滤过道;术后第1天开始,每日或隔日结膜下注射5-FU,共8次,总剂量40 mg.结果本组手术失败率为10.52%,明显低于常规滤过术或常规滤过术后应用5-FU者.结论无结膜切口小梁切除联合5-FU是一种便于基层医院开展且能降低手术失败率的治疗复发青光眼的有效方法.
