从课堂观察中发现,一些课堂存在“教案至上”“教材至上”“时间至上”“任务至上”的问题。这些问题是由教师教学思想墨守成规、教学理念抱残守缺、教学方法因循坐误造成的。应弹性设计教案,让预设与生成共舞;深度挖掘教材,让学生与文本共鸣;精心组织活动,让过程与结果共美。
From the classroom observation, we found that there are some classroom problems such as “teaching supremacy”, “teaching material supremacy”, “time supreme”, “mission supreme”. These problems are confused by the teachers’ teaching thinking, the teaching concept is absent, and the teaching methods are caused by mistakes. Should be flexible design lesson plans, so that presets and dance; depth mining materials, so that students and text resonate; well-organized activities, so that the process and the results of the United States.
