目的探究发声训练在支撑喉镜下声带小结切除术后康复中的作用。方法选取该院耳鼻喉科2014年2月-2016年12月收治的104例声带小结患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组行支撑喉镜下声带小结切除术,观察组在对照组的基础上,增加发声训练的康复指导,术后1个月和3个月比较两组音质改善程度和支撑喉镜复查总有效情况。结果对照组和观察组音质改善效果在术后4个月时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月时,观察组支撑喉镜复查的总有效情况也要明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发声训练应用在支撑喉镜下声带小结切除术后康复中,有利于改善患者的音质,促进患者的健康恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the role of vocal training in the rehabilitation of vocal nodules under the support of laryngoscope. Methods A total of 104 patients with vocal nodules who were treated in otolaryngology department from February 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group underwent laryngoscope vocal nodule resection, the observation group based on the control group, increased vocal training rehabilitation guidance, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, the two groups were compared the degree of improvement of quality and support laryngoscopy always effective Happening. Results The sound quality improvement effect in the control group and observation group was statistically significant at 4 months after operation (P <0.05). At 3 months after operation, the overall effective condition of the support laryngoscopy in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Vocal training is applied in the rehabilitation of the vocal nodules under the support of the laryngoscope, which is good for improving the patient’s sound quality and promoting the recovery of the patient’s health and is worth popularizing.
