在我们党现实工作中,思想政治工作始终是一个与基层党组织建设融为一体、不可分割的重要组成部分。对于由事业单位转制为企业单位的基层党组织而言,怎样做好体制改革过程中的思想政治工作,是摆在我们的面前的一个重要课题,值得我们深思。怎样做好体制改革过程中的思想政治工作,我们认为要从以下几个方面入手:一、稳定员工队伍,突出教育作用,引导、发挥、保护好职工参与改革和搞好生产经营的积极性。二、增强党组织的凝聚力,形成思想政治工作的合力。三、不断开拓思想政治工作的新领域、新方法。四、转变观念,提高认识,使党员和群众进一步理解坚持思想政治工作的重要性。
