新形势新任务,中国国电集团公司以“家园”文化为底蕴和支撑的最新成果—“155”战略思想,以凝聚能力、自觉行动、行为规范、公平竞争为重点,不断丰富员工的精神世界,不断激发员工的创造能力,使员工自醒、自觉发挥正能量,以更好的精神状态继往开来,真正提升国电的品牌本质。本文通过“家园”文化创建和落地过程的一些亲身感受,探索“家园”文化创建发展过程中的理论精髓。
