利用空气分离膜的氮气发生装置保鲜贮藏水果的系统,已由日本三菱化工机械公司研制成功。它的突出优点是电力消耗比一般用燃烧丙烷气以降低冷藏库内氧浓度的装置节省30%左右。这种省电型水果贮藏装置采用氮发生装置,利用压缩机使空气通过空心滤膜,来分离其中所含有的氮,滤膜可长期使用,装置简单。日本青森县苹果试验场利用这种装置作贮藏苹果试验,贮藏期长达160天,苹果的鲜度良好,丝毫没有发生变化。
The use of air separation membrane nitrogen storage device fresh fruit storage system, Japan’s Mitsubishi Chemical Machinery Company has successfully developed.
