我公司共有吊装机械、市政机械、中小型机械三个租赁公司。在贯标工作开始初期,按标准要求制定了机械设备的控制工作程序,通过一段时间的运行,发现程序文件较适合于项目经理部的设备管理,而对租赁分公司的设备管理显得覆盖范围不全、操作性不强、控制乏力。于是,我们从1997年开始,根据租赁分公司设备管理特点,结合标准要求和程序文件
