研究人体肠道细菌对柚皮苷的代谢。采集健康志愿者新鲜粪便,称重稀释后厌氧培养,通过反复涂布分离得到69种人体肠道细菌。采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS研究柚皮苷经粪便混合菌及分离的单菌作用后的代谢产物,共鉴定出乙酰化结合产物、苷元及氢化的苷元3种代谢产物;其中对柚皮苷有特殊代谢活性的4种单菌采用16S rRNA进行了鉴定,分别为Enterococcus sp.30、Bacillus sp.46、Escherichia sp.54和Escherichia sp.63。结果显示肠道细菌对柚皮苷有代谢作用且由不同细菌完成。
Study of human intestinal bacteria naringin metabolism. Fresh healthy volunteers were collected, anaerobically weighed and diluted, and 69 kinds of human intestinal bacteria were isolated by repeated coating. UPLC-Q-TOF / MS was used to study the metabolites of naringin mixed with feces and isolated bacteria. Three metabolites of acetylated conjugate, aglycone and hydrogenated aglycone were identified. Among them, grapefruit Four kinds of single mycotoxins with special metabolic activity were identified by 16S rRNA, Enterococcus sp. 30, Bacillus sp. 46, Escherichia sp. 54 and Escherichia sp. 63 respectively. The results showed that gut microbes metabolize intestinal bacteria and are completed by different bacteria.
