目的:调查和分析护士的资历在神经内科门诊分诊中的作用,探索更适合神经内科门诊分诊护士岗位的科学安排。方法随机调查400例患者,按为其服务的分诊护士年资段分成两组,观察组是高年资护士,对照组是低年资护士,调查患者满意度。结果观察组满意度为95.7%,对照组满意度为75.8%,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论高年资护士的服务更具针对性,更符合神经内科门诊工作的需要,高、低年资护士搭配可更好地提升服务质量。“,”Objective The ef ects of nurses'service qualification were investigated and analyzed in neurological clinic triage to explor the best arrange for the neurological clinic triage posts of nurses. Method 400 patients were divided into two groups and investigated as the triage nurses'dif erent service qualifications. The control group had lower service qualification and the observation group had higher one. Result The degree of satisfaction of observatoin group and control group was 95.7%and 75.8%respectively,so the result had a statistical dif erence (P≤0.05). Conclusion The service the nurses who had higher qualification had more pertinence provided was more suiter for neurological clinic triage,and the nurses who had dif erent qualications need work together to improve the service quality.
