目的观察硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌性疾病的效果。方法采用美国路坦医药公司的新型硫酸吗啡缓释片（即路泰），应用于中重度癌症患者，用量为10～60mg／次，隔12小时口服1次。结果吗啡缓释片对中度癌性疼痛者，有效率为90．9％（20／22），重度癌痛者为91．6％（22／24），总有效率为91．3％（42／46），常见副作用为恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、头昏、便秘等。结论吗啡缓释片作为晚期癌痛患者止痛治疗，疗效明显，服用方便，安全，无成瘾性及呼吸抑制现象。
Objective To observe the efficacy of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of advanced cancer diseases. Methods A new type of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets (Loutai) was introduced from Lutitan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and used in patients with moderate to severe cancer. The dosage was 10 to 60 mg/dose and was administered orally once every 12 hours. Results The effective rate of morphine sustained-release tablets was 90.9% (20/22) for moderate cancer pain, 91.6% (22/24) for severe cancer pain, and the total effective rate was 91.3% ( 42/46), Common side effects are nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, etc. Conclusion Morphine sustained-release tablets as an analgesic treatment for patients with advanced cancer pain is effective, easy to take, safe, no addiction and respiratory depression.
