Based on a statistic analysis of the articles published in Information science:Theory & Application in the last 10 years,the author analyzes the distribution of the selected subject and the author group,and puts forward some points of view on the current situation of subject selection,author distribution and the characteristics of area distribution in researches on information theory and practice in our country.
