马克思主义法律思想在指导我国法治理论和法治实践建设的过程中逐渐实现了中国化,马克思主义法律的中国化推动我国的法治理念进入崭新的发展阶段。如今马克思主义法律思想中国化理论正在研究当中,社会实践也仍在不断的进行当中,正处于转型阶段的中国各种社会矛盾日益激烈,如何通过马克思主义法律思想的指导对社会矛盾进行有效化解以及对社会稳定的进行长久维持,马克思主义法律思想的中国化很必要,很关键。
Marxist legal thought has gradually realized its localization in the process of guiding the construction of the rule of law in our country and the practice of the rule of law.
