目前,很多企业的安全管理工作己由过去的凭经验和主观愿望工作转变到了运用先进的安全管理体系,由过去的事后处理,关口前移到了预防管理,这都使企业安全生产工作的整体性、科学性、系统性大大加强。但尽管如此,仍有很多企业的安全管理存在许多薄弱环节,各类生产安全事故仍时有发生,各类隐患并未从根本上消除,安全管理尚有待进一步深化。想要进一步深化安全管理,笔者认为,应将安全管理重点转向企业的安全生产基础和基层管理上
