Q: What is the difference between “demotion” and “downgrade”? How should the implementation be implemented? A: Administrative cadres are not yet graded (the salary grade is not equal to the cadre grade). Therefore, administrative cadres should not be subject to “downgrade”, but “demotion” should be implemented. Under normal circumstances, the “demotion” disposal includes the following two situations: First, reduced from a former position to a deputy position; Second, based on the original position, be reduced. Q: What is meant by “dismissal” and what should be done after the removal of a cadre? A: The dismissal of a general cadre by a mere withdrawal of his current post does not mean “expulsion.” Therefore, cadres who are subject to “dismissal” should still be assigned certain jobs. Q: According to the Central Government’s stipulation, “remembering” has only to be “overstated” and “remembered.” There are no other provisions. There is no basis for saying that “we should be expelled from memory after three notices.” Q: Cadres who have been demobilized should resume their posts after they have been dismissed, or should they be re-promoted?
