海淀区水资源调查评价结果 ,地表水资源每年可利用量0 8亿m3,实际利用量0 2亿m3。平均降雨量659mm ,河道基流量逐年减少 ,外流域引水每年可用0 6~0 8亿m3,污水利用潜力很大。地下水资源总量2 4亿m3。水资源开发利用总趋势为供大于求供需平衡供小于求。除南沙河上游有轻度污染外 ,其它凡是发源于海淀区河道皆已断流 ,变为泄洪排污河道 ,污染日渐加剧。
According to the investigation and evaluation results of water resources in Haidian District, the annual availability of surface water resources is 0.8 billion m3 and the actual utilization is 0.2 billion m3. The average rainfall is 659mm, the base flow of the river channel decreases year by year, and the drainage outside the basin can be used from 0 to 800 million m3 per year. The potential for wastewater utilization is very high. The total groundwater resources are 240 million m3. The general trend of water resources development and utilization is oversupply and supply-demand balance. In addition to mild pollution in the upper reaches of Nansha River, all other rivers originating from Haidian District have been cut off and discharged into flood discharge and sewage channels, thus increasing the pollution.
