粉煤灰作为主剂,加入悬浮剂、固化剂和助剂,制得一种高温堵剂。在稠油油藏火驱开采条件下分析各组分浓度对堵剂固化时间和固化强度的影响,得到最佳堵剂配方为:粉煤灰质量分数40%,悬浮剂MAC质量分数0.25%,固化剂GH质量分数3.0%~5.0%,助剂质量分数0.08%。通过性能影响实验和单管岩心流动实验对该堵剂进行性能评价,实验结果表明,该堵剂在高温高盐条件下稳定性好,在350℃下老化180d后固化强度仍保持在F级。岩心封堵率在99%以上,最高突破压力梯度为35.31MPa/m,连续注水12.68PV,压力呈较小波动。该堵剂能长期有效封堵高温油藏高渗层窜流通道。
Fly ash as the main agent, adding SC, curing agent and additives to prepare a high temperature plugging agent. The effect of concentration of each component on curing time and curing strength of plugging agent was analyzed under the conditions of fire flooding in heavy oil reservoir. The best plugging agent formula was as follows: fly ash content 40%, suspending agent MAC content 0.25% Curing agent GH content of 3.0% to 5.0%, the auxiliary mass fraction of 0.08%. The performance of the plugging agent was evaluated by performance impact test and single-tube core flow test. The experimental results show that the plugging agent has good stability under high temperature and high salt conditions. The curing strength remains at F level after 180d aging at 350 ℃. Core plugging rate of 99% or more, the maximum breakthrough pressure gradient of 35.31MPa / m, continuous injection of water 12.68PV, the pressure was smaller fluctuations. The plugging agent can effectively block the high-permeability reservoir channeling in high-temperature reservoirs for a long time.
