4月30日,山西省档案学会在太原召开“依法治档的规律”学术讨论会。会议共收到论文104篇,经认真筛选,印发了44篇,大会宣读了9篇。这些论文结合档案工作实际,突出研究了依法治档的规律。主要有:1.实行社会主义档案法制的必然性及依法治档的基本规律,2.社会主义档案法规的创立规律;3.依法治档受社会环境影响制约的规律;4.档案法规强制实施的规律;5.依法治档必须以党的政策为指导的规律;6.我国社会主义档案法制建设的曲折道路和发展趋势;7.在依法治档中发挥
On April 30, the Shanxi Provincial Archives Society held a symposium in Taiyuan on the “law of governing archives according to law.” The conference received a total of 104 papers, after careful screening, 44 were printed, the conference read 9.
