青少年是民族新生力的象征,是国家发展的栋梁,是蓝天下的花朵。但是,近年来,随着经济的发展,受家庭因素、校园管理缺失以及一定的社会环境影响等未成年人犯罪日益突出,主要表现在暴力犯罪、团伙犯罪、高智商犯罪等恶性案件数量急剧上升,以及犯罪团伙的低龄化日趋明显。本文实证分析了当前青少年法律意识缺失带来的社会动荡问题,并提出了相关对策建议。 Young people are a symbol of the national new vitality, the pillar of national development, and the flowers under the blue sky.
