诸多高校无论在师资培养,还是在课程体系建设方面都明显滞后。这一局面,不仅难以推动高校的可持续发展,更是违背了高校内涵式建设的要义。克服这一尴尬局面须通过专家团队的共同努力,然而,一定的资金支持仍是必不可少的现实需要。通过四个方面的途径构建,将能增强高校财务管理的有效性;再伴以具体的财务管理实务,必将推动高校内涵式建设的展开。
Many colleges and universities are obviously lagging behind in terms of teacher training and curriculum system construction. This situation is not only difficult to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities, but also violates the essence of the connotation construction of colleges and universities. To overcome this awkward situation requires the joint efforts of the expert team, however, a certain amount of financial support is still an essential real need. Through the construction of four ways, it will enhance the effectiveness of financial management in colleges and universities. When combined with specific financial management practices, it will surely promote the development of the connotation construction in colleges and universities.
