Comrades: The eugenics seminar jointly held by the State Family Planning Commission and the Chinese Medical Association will end today from October 31 to November 4 for five days. On behalf of the two organizers of the conference and the leading group of the conference, I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks to all the delegates attending the conference and the hard work of the comrades of the press, publishing and publicity units and the participating comrades in preparation.
