2010年10月15日上午,大连广播电视台成立大会在市广电中心剧场隆重举行。时任辽宁省委常委、大连市委书记夏德仁出席并讲话指出,“两台”合一成立大连广播电视台是市委、市政府深入贯彻落实中央和省委、省政府关于深化文化体制改革战略部署,推动全市文化大发展、大繁荣的一项重大决策,在我市广播电视发展史上具有里程碑意义,标志着大连广播电视事业进入了一个新的发展阶段。
