采用统计分析的方法研究了ⅢA族元素硼、铝、镓、铟、铊在α-Ti及β-Ti中最大固溶度C_α、C_β的变化规律,并建立了相应的方程式。计算结果表明ⅢA族元素C_α、C_β的变化规律与ⅣA族元素的变化规律完全相符;C_α、C_β随ΔX、Δr的增大而呈线性降低;铝、镓的晶体结构对其C_β有明显影响。计算得到铊的C_α、C_β分别约为9.3at%、14.7at%。
The statistical analysis was used to study the variation law of the maximal solid solubility C_α, C_β of elements A, B, Al, Ga, In, Thallium in α-Ti and β-Ti, and the corresponding equations were established. The results show that the variation of C_α and C_β elements of group ⅢA is in good agreement with the change of Ⅳ A elements. C_α and C_β decrease linearly with the increase of ΔX and Δr. The crystal structure of aluminum and gallium has a significant effect on C_β. Calculated thallium C_α, C_β were about 9.3at%, 14.7at%.
