碳纤维微电极(CFME)在阳极溶出伏安法(ASV)中的应用已得到发展、但在不搅拌条件下,利用同位镀汞同时测定多种元素的研究却还未见报道。本文在优化镀汞条件的基础上,进一步开发了它在ASV中的应用。比较了各种介质对灵敏度和分辨能力的影响,在0.1 mol/KNO_3中同位镀汞同时测定Cu~(2+),Pb~(2+),In~(+3),Cd~(2+)及Zn~(2+)的检测下限分别为:3,0.6,1.2,0.5及1.3ppb。并通过对血清中Cu~(2+),Pb~(2+)的测定,验证了CFME的测定可靠性。 (一)实验部分实验用示差脉冲极谱仪,实验条件为△E=20mV,t滴=0.4s,V=20mV/s,以高纯N_2除氧。In~(3+)用
