MHCⅡ类缺陷(MHC-II KO;Aβ-/-)小鼠用于评价MHC-II类分子在接种疫苗后诱导保护性免疫应答中的作用。接种流感A/PR8病毒样颗粒(VLP)疫苗后,完全不同于CD4 T细胞缺陷小鼠,在MHCⅡ类分子缺陷小鼠体内外均未检测到疫苗特异性免疫球蛋白Ig G抗体。缺乏MHCⅡ类分子并没有明显影响血清中诱导产生特异性Ig M抗体。用
MHC class II deficient (MHC-II KO; Aβ - / -) mice were used to evaluate the role of MHC class II molecules in inducing a protective immune response following vaccination. Vaccination with influenza A / PR8 virus-like particle (VLP) vaccine completely different from CD4 T cell-deficient mice, and no immunoglobulin Ig G antibody was detected in MHC class II-deficient mice. Lack of MHC class II molecules did not significantly affect the serum induction of specific Ig M antibodies. use
