针对辊底式热处理炉单独传动的炉辊在变频器故障情况下的炉辊保护难题,建立基于西门子S120变频器的模块化主备无缝切换传动控制系统,程序算法采用炉辊主备变频动态硬件地址的动态索引函数作为循环目标函数,以调用循环目标函数生成的炉辊变频动态硬件地址索引表模拟炉辊与变频器的实时动态对应关系,并针对控制系统特点对算法进行优化处理,实现了变频器故障时的即时无扰切换。实际应用证明,系统运行稳定可靠,完全满足持续生产要求,并可产生较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of furnace roller protection in roller-type heat treatment furnace with separate transmission, a modular switch control system based on SIEMENS S120 inverter is established.
