针对黄河下游河道断流所造成的经济、环境、生态等重大损失和危害，认为断流不仅仅是一种水资源匮乏或流域系统内水资源分配不均的简单现象，而是一种严重的灾害，防治断流灾害是治理黄河的一项重要内容。着重分析了黄河下游河道断流的灾害特点及基本规律，评述了黄河下游河道断流的研究现状，提出了今后应进一步研究的问题。
In view of the serious economic, environmental and ecological losses and harms caused by the closure of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, it is considered that the cutoff is not only a simple phenomenon of lack of water resources or uneven distribution of water resources within the basin system, but rather a serious Disasters, prevention and treatment of floods and disasters is an important part of the Yellow River. The characteristics and the basic rules of the disaster in the lower reaches of the Yellow River are analyzed emphatically. The research status of the current in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is reviewed. Some problems that should be further studied are put forward.
