互联网时代信息交流的空间越来越自由和开放,网络空间的公共性越显突出。网络空间的多元性、匿名性、平等性、参与性等特点,使“把关人”概念逐渐消解;带来草根与精英阶层二元对立的崩溃;“议程设置”理论遭到质疑。当然,网络空间具有优越性的同时也带来了不少问题:匿名而导致的不负责任行为泛滥;参与者的单一化,缺乏代表性;参与讨论的话题分散且深度不够;网络自身的不理性,使网络缺乏引导参与者走向理性的讨论。文章基于对BBS论坛的分析,认为应建立必要措施,实现网络空间的理性时代。 The space for information exchange in the Internet era is more and more free and open, and the publicity of cyberspace becomes more prominent.
