近些年来,随着社会经济快速发展,事业单位改革力度不断加大,在事业单位发展进程中,人力资源属于第一资源。根据我国社会结构,事业单位占据比重较大,是政府和市场的中间力量,事业单位难以实行企业化和行政化管理,存在较大发展瓶颈。本文主要分析人力资源管理意义与问题,提出一些人力资源合理优化配置措施。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, the reform efforts of public institutions have been continuously strengthened. In the course of the development of public institutions, human resources are the primary resources. According to the social structure of our country, public institutions occupy a relatively large proportion and are an intermediate force between the government and the market. It is difficult for public institutions to implement enterprise-based and administrative management, and there are major bottlenecks for development. This article mainly analyzes the significance and problems of human resource management and puts forward some reasonable measures to optimize the allocation of human resources.
