铝及铝合金生产在我国迅猛发展。特别最近几年,引进了不少铝合金材料加工设备,使我国铝加工工业装备水平显著提高。不少中小型加工厂的装备由三十年代一跃到八十年代的水平,为我国大力发展铝加工工业奠定了良好的基础。但是,不能忌讳,由于在经济体制改革中,旧的经济管理体制被冲击,新的经济协作和联合体系尚未完善,国家经济信息系统建设跟不上发展的形势,信息的收集、处理、对策和发布功能失调,不少企业肓目引进,出现铝加工工业管理不佳,宏观失控,引进技术和设备消化迟顿,给我国铝加工工业稳步协调发展带来困难。同时,铝加工工业是一个年轻的金属加工工业,在我国只是在最近几年才转向为民用服务的轨道。尽管从国外引进了不少较为先进的设备,但是,管理技术和工艺技术相当落后,特别近几年上马的小型铝加工厂,不仅工艺技术人员奇缺,而且技术工人也很少,因而,产品质量低、成品率低,原材料和能源消耗高,废品率高。同时,劳动条件差,环境污染严重,造成大量的铝及其他有色金属原料的浪费。在熔炼铸造方面的问题尤为突出。对此,我们衷心希望这些工厂,应该迅速培养、引进工艺和管理方面的人材,提高企业管理和工艺技术水平,本刊为了适应当前这种形势的需要,从本期起,将连续刊登铝合金材料生产的基本知识,企业管理,经济和技术信息等方面的文章,望读者多提出建议和批评。 Aluminum and aluminum alloy production in China rapid development.
