目的:分析儿科患者用药不依从的主要原因并提出有效的干预措施。方法:选择舟山市妇幼保健院在2014年1月~2015年1月收治的用药不依从儿科患者132例的病历资料作为研究对象,并对病历资料进行回归性分析,探讨儿科患者用药不依从的主要原因并提出预防措施。结果:132例用药不依从儿科患者中,因用药频率高导致儿科患者用药不依从的有34例,占总数的25.8%;因家长担心治疗药物会对孩子的成长造成不良影响导致儿科患者用药不依从的有32例,占总数的24.2%;因担心治疗药物的副作用大导致儿科患者用药不依从的有30例,占总数的22.7%;因药学监护不到位,引起儿科患者自行减少药量或停止用药导致用药不依从的有19例,占总数的14.4%;因儿科患者对治疗药物的耐受性差而停止用药导致用药不依从的有15例,占总数的11.4%;因其他原因导致儿科患者用药不依从的有2例,占总数的1.5%。结论:影响儿科患者用药不依从的原因较多,儿科应为患者提供全方位的药学监护,同时需要加强对患儿家长的用药教育,才能有效提高儿科患者的用药依从性。

Because of the poor tolerance of pediatric patients to the treatment drugs, 15 cases (11.4% of the total) did not follow the medication and did not comply with the medication.
