2008年奥运会将在北京举行,近两年来,伴随北京各项基础设施建设项目的全面开展和顺利推进,北京市整体投资环境有了质的提高,直接触发了京城房地产市场的火爆,尤其是奥运圈附近的楼盘,供销两旺,呈现愈演愈烈的趋势,并使以房地产和城市基础设施为主体的奥运板块市场投资机会再度显现。未来数年内,北京基础设施的开发力度势必加强,土地有望大幅升值,参与北京城市基础建设的相关上市公司也必然从中受益,为其带来无限商机。目前来看,以冠城大通、亿城股份为代表的北京房地产上市公司在未来一段时间里具有较高投资价值,值得重点关注。
The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. In the recent two years, with the all-round and smooth progress of all infrastructure projects in Beijing, the overall investment environment in Beijing has been improved in a qualitative way, which has directly triggered the hottest real estate market in Beijing. In particular, the Olympic Games Real estate and urban infrastructure as the mainstay of the Olympic plate market investment opportunities once again appear. In the next few years, infrastructure development in Beijing is bound to intensify. Land is expected to appreciate substantially. Relevant listed companies involved in urban infrastructure in Beijing will inevitably benefit from this and bring about tremendous business opportunities. At present, the Beijing real estate listed companies, represented by Chase City Chase and Billion City Shares, have higher investment value in the coming period and deserve special attention.
