巨噬细胞是一类具有杀伤肿瘤细胞的免疫活性细胞.有关其杀伤的生物化学机理,多数学者认为可能与巨噬细胞分泌的H_2O_2有关.学者们观察到:(1)巨噬细胞分泌的H_2O_2量和杀伤肿瘤细胞效应呈明显的剂量效应关系;(2)抑制巨噬细胞的H_2O_2产生量或清除已产生的H_2O_2均可明显地降低巨噬细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞能力;(3)削弱肿瘤细胞内抗氧化系统的抗氧化能力可明显地增加肿瘤细胞被巨噬细胞杀伤的敏感性.
Macrophages are a class of immunocompetent cells that kill tumor cells. The majority of scholars believe that the biochemical mechanism of killing may be related to H2O2 secreted by macrophages.
