案例教学法起源于19世纪20年代,由美国哈佛商学院所倡导,采取一种很独特的案例形式的教学,透过此种方式,有助于培养和发展学生主动参与课堂讨论。案例教学法自20世纪70年代末引入我国后,迅速得到推广,被广泛运用于管理、经济、法学等一大批课程的教学中。为了提高高职法律基础课的教学效果,在教学过程中尝试运用案例教学法,针对高职教学的实际,具体研究案例教学法在高职法律基础课教学中的运用问题。
Case-based approach originated in the 1820s, advocated by the United States Harvard Business School, to take a very unique case-based teaching, in this way, help to develop and develop students take the initiative to participate in class discussions. Since its introduction into our country in the late 1970s, the case teaching method has been rapidly promoted and widely used in the teaching of a large number of courses in management, economics and law. In order to improve the teaching effect of the basic law course of higher vocational education, we try to use the case teaching method in the teaching process and study the application of the case teaching method in the teaching of the legal basic course in higher vocational education in view of the actual teaching in higher vocational education.
