设计并进行了集料挤压破碎力实验,并以此建立较为精确的挤压破碎力求解模型;通过对物料的运动学特征分析和对破碎过程求解,获得破碎腔各区域的压缩比和粒度分布系数及挤压破碎压力;分析了破碎壁表面挤压破碎力的作用形式并求解其分量,实现了对破碎壁表面磨损量的求解.结果表明:所建立的集料挤压破碎力模型的求解结果与实地调研所得结果相符,并实现了对破碎壁表面磨损趋势的预测.
The crushing force experiment of aggregate is designed and carried out, and then a more accurate crushing force model is established.
