本文介绍了对一次及两次淬火的(φ<65毫米)精铸 W18Cr_4V 刀具,在红硬性、韧性及刀具寿命等方面与锻造刀具进行了对比试验,并进行了金相分析。结果表明,精铸刀具在红硬性、刀具寿命方面均不低于锻造刀具,一次淬火精铸刀具,莱氏体网未破碎,在网中心区还残留有硬度较低的黑色组织。可能正是由于存在这种心韧壳硬的小单元组合,才使之不仅在红硬性、刀具寿命不低,在韧性上还稍优于两次淬火精铸刀具,而且可大大缩短生产周期,降低成本。此工艺已在我厂生产中应用。
In this paper, the W18Cr_4V cast-in-one (φ <65 mm) castings hardened once and twice were compared with the forging tools in terms of red hardness, toughness and tool life, and metallographic analysis was carried out. The results show that the precision casting tools are not inferior to the forging tools in red hardness and tool life. The quenching casting tool and the ledeburite mesh are not broken, and the darkness remains in the central area of the mesh. It may be precisely because of the existence of such a tough shell combination of small units, only to make it not only red hardness, tool life is not low, toughness is still slightly better than twice quenching cast tool, and can greatly shorten the production cycle, cut costs. This technology has been applied in our factory production.
