在烟梗粉碎机锤片失效分析的基础上,对其易磨损部位进行了火焰喷焊镍基自熔性合金的表面强化处理。工业生产应用表明,局部表面强化后的锤片与原65Mn钢经常规热处理的锤片相比,使用寿命可提高4倍以上。
Based on the analysis of the failure of the hammer stem of the tobacco stem grinder, the surface of the flame-sprayed nickel-base self-fluxing alloy was treated with the surface-enhanced treatment. Industrial production applications show that the local surface of the hammer after strengthening the original 65Mn conventional heat-treated hammer compared to the service life can be increased by 4 times.
