如果说招聘是一场一见钟情的婚姻,那招聘广告便是这段姻缘里的第一封“情书”。在这封情书里,不仅书写着一个企业的渴望和要求,而且更是企业本身内在的流露和表达。一封让人感动的招聘广告,可以为企业招纳贤士良才,更可以为企业改变一种颓废的命运。然而,现在的招聘广告在摆脱公文写作束缚的同时,一不小心又陷入另一个极端,不是卖弄深沉,就是痞气十足,完全缺乏一种内在的魅力和深度。下面我们就三个案例,来探讨招聘广告的创作究竟要注意哪些问题。
