患者男,6岁。因多数牙缺失就诊。自幼起无汗,夏季喜浸于凉水中。否认有掉牙史。患儿为第2胎,足月顺产。父母非近亲婚配。母25岁妊娠,怀孕前后接触过大量的聚氯乙烯地板漆。家族中无同类患者。查体:全身情况尚可,智力、发育正常。头发黄稀,全身反肤无毳毛,皮肤柔软干燥呈鳞屑状,指甲无明显缺陷。前额明显前突,下唇较肥厚,鼻梁平坦,面下1/3短缩。牙裂仅见(?)牙冠呈锥形,牙槽脊低
