为实现民航飞机航材库存科学管理,将鲁棒控制理论与实际维修航材管理相结合,把“维修生产-库存-航材补充”系统看作一个广义物理系统,使用LMI鲁棒方差控制理论解决库存优化问题。针对实际轮胎库存建立了与LMI理论相应的系统模型;使用Matlab工具完成了库存鲁棒方差控制仿真研究。结合航空公司实际航材损耗过程中存在的不确定性,综合考虑对输出量方差、控制量等限制因素,适当选取系统并设计参数,采用鲁棒方差控制可以控制航材库存量方差在较低的水平上,从而降低平均库存量,达到减小维修管理成本的目的。研究工作密切结合航空公司实际,以实际运行数据为基础,其研究思路和结果可供各航空公司的机务维修管理部门参考。
In order to realize the scientific management of civil aircraft aviation stock inventory and combine the robust control theory with the actual maintenance aviation material management, the system of “maintenance production-inventory-aviation material supplement” is regarded as a generalized physical system.
