目的了解鞍山市街头流动餐饮中氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留情况。方法利用GC-MS技术,对街头流动餐饮中的残杀威、克百威、甲萘威3种氨基甲酸酯农药进行了定性及定量分析。结果本次研究采集咸菜、土豆丝、生菜等共30份进行检测,检出率为3.33%。该方法对3种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率为91.3%~102.8%,RSD为3.23%~5.26%,线性相关系数>0.997 8。结论实践证明,本方法简便、快捷、选择性好、灵敏度高,回收率高,检测限低,符合分析要求,适合流动街头餐饮中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测。
Objective To understand the residues of carbamate pesticides in street mobile catering in Anshan. Methods GC-MS technology was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze three kinds of carbamate pesticides such as carbofuran, carbofuran and carbaryl in street food. Results A total of 30 samples of pickles, potatoes and lettuce were collected for this study. The detection rate was 3.33%. The recoveries of the three carbamate pesticides were 91.3% ~ 102.8%, RSD was 3.23% ~ 5.26%, and the linear correlation coefficient was> 0.997 8. Conclusion It has been proved that this method is simple, rapid, selective, sensitive, high recovery, low detection limit, in line with the analysis requirements, suitable for the detection of carbamate pesticide residues in mobile street food.
