在墨西哥湾深水钻井船上进行清理钻井的费用每天可高达 70 0 0 0美元 ,而若使用一种可在现场更换领眼钻头的新型偏心清理钻井工具则能使成本大幅度降低。本文就RWD和SRWD钻具的发展、结构、实验过程和优点进行了详细的论述 ,并提出了在实际操作过程中合理的操作方法。
The cost of clearing a well on a Gulf of Mexico deepwater drilling vessel can be as high as $ 70,000 a day, while the cost can be significantly reduced by using a new off-center cleaning drilling tool that changes the pilot bit in the field. In this paper, the development, structure, experimental process and advantages of RWD and SRWD drilling tools are discussed in detail, and the reasonable operation method in actual operation is put forward.
