我科于1986年10月至1987年3月,试用国际腹泻病研究中心推广的米粉——口服补液盐(Rice—ORS)治疗小儿肠炎伴脱水50例。总结如下。临床资料观察对象均为急性肠炎(?)轻或中皮脱水的住院病儿,随机分两组。治疗组50例,男27例,女23例,年龄1月～1岁36例,～2岁14岁例;对照组44例,男32例,女12例,1月～1岁33例,～2岁11例。治疗组主要临床表现和实验室检查:发热33例,呕
Our department from October 1986 to March 1987, trial of International Diarrheal Disease Research Center to promote rice - oral rehydration salts (Rice-ORS) treatment of children with enteritis with dehydration in 50 cases. Summarized as follows. Clinical data were observed in patients with acute enteritis (?) Mild or dehydration dehydration hospitalized children were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 50 patients, 27 males and 23 females, aged from 1 month to 1 year old 36 cases, 2 years old 14 years old; control group 44 cases, 32 males and 12 females, 1 month to 1 year old 33 cases, ~ 2 years old in 11 cases.
