由于我国铁路运输量逐年增加,而目前线路上铺设的长25m的50kg/m钢轨,已不适应运输发展的要求,重伤轨,重伤辙岔,曲线磨耗超限轨大量发生,必须立即更换。过去全靠人工装,运,卸,效率低,又不安全。因此,研制一种钢轨装卸作业车势在必行。本文就调查研究、方案的确定、主要技术决策、调试工作、主要技术特征、使用情况等方面进行了论述。
Due to the increase of railway transportation volume in our country, the 50km / m rail with a length of 25m is no longer suitable for the requirements of transport development. Heavy rail injuries, serious rail injuries and excessive rail wear have to be replaced immediately. In the past rely entirely on artificial equipment, transport, unloading, low efficiency, but also not safe. Therefore, the development of a rail loading and unloading vehicles is imperative. This article discusses the investigation and study, the plan determination, the main technical decision-making, the commissioning work, the main technical characteristics, the use situation and so on.
